To start, create sketch on XY plane and create a rectangular from origin with dimensions of length 70 and height 60

Next, create a circle using the midpoint of retangle to corner(circle with two point could work also) with a radius of 35

After done sketching, extrude the model out

After that, create a rectange sketch on the model in order to cut the designated feature
