Design steps

Draw a construction circle with diameter 90mm , coincide the midpoint to origin, which this can be use as size guideline.

Start to design own fidget spinner, one mentioned here is one of the design

For hole size, give a tolerance of 0.1 ~ 0.2 mm (exp: bearing is diameter 13mm, hole size about 13.1 or 13.2mm)

Next, Extrude the model to a height, max is 8

Lastly, fillet or chamfer the edges to make the design looks better(appearance change if want to)
