Firstly, general shape of nametag, create a rectangle with dimension of 55 width by 20 height

Next, using spline to create a curve, follow by create a circle for general ring holder

After having the general shape of model, create sketch on the surface

Offset a distance at least 3mm so the thickness is sufficiant

Extrude(Cut) the offset, select the sketches of offset as the portion of cutting

After done, start sketching on the cut area

Choose text function in the sketch options to name it and can use other functions to design

Can fillet or chamfer to make the design look smooth or better
